What makes us different?
Our local wines all come from the Ziersdorfer Köhlberg vineyard (Grapes are grown at this hillside for over 1000 years). Here we process exclusively our own biodynamically produced grapes, which were all harvested by hand, no fining; no technical filtration!
Our exclusive single vinyard wines come exclusively from old vines and the individual vineyards. Selective hand harvest, maceration in oak barrels, amphorae or granite barrels.
Our orange wine line has been around since 2015; Here the hand-picked grapes are fermented on their skins; depending on the vintage, a proportion of whole grapes is added in the mash fermentation. This usually lasts between 10 days and several months.
